Traditional Castilian cuisine, specialty in croquettes, stews and meats of the people. We are open from 11 to 19 hours, closed Tuesday and first fortnight in September. The restaurant is ideally located, in the birth of the Lozoya River, among pines, in the guadarrama National Park.
