La Acebeda is located in the heart of the mountain range's Somosierra, in the vicinity of the port of Somosierra. In his term has large population of Pyrenean oak forest land, ash and pine forests, mixed with other species featured as the Hollies or the Rowan, present in the vicinity of the numerous mountain streams that converge in the river Madarquillos.
