    Berzosa del Lozoya

    Berzosa del Lozoya is a mountain town located at the foot of the hills of the dead woman, also called Peña goat, in the Ayllón massif. The term has a vegetation composed of Turkey oak and pine forests and thickets of jaral. It is bathed by the Lozoya River and the river Riata, and the reservoir of El Villar sits in a part of the municipality. Within the architectural heritage include the Church of the assumption of the fully restored 17th century NªSª. Several paths depart from the same urban nucleus, length and difficulty variable, and Berzosa landscapes are also a highlight of the sierra for activities outdoor activities such as paragliding, climbing, cycling or nautical activities.
