Hospice of the Valley is located in Gargantilla del Lozoya. It offers cosy apartments recently redecorated individually and exclusively. They boast a terrace overlooking the Valley and mountain. Other apartments have a beautiful garden with porch where you can enjoy the best views of the Valle del Lozoya.

All apartments have a distinct decor with solid wood furniture and all finishes in pastel , they have a sofa, Flat screen TV, DVD, and fully equipped kitchen. Complete furniture, microwave, fridge, toaster and electric hobs. Some apartments include small garden and porch. In addition, This property boasts free Wi-Fi and room with washing machine, dryer and ironing facilities available to guests(on request)

Hospice of the Valley, It is located in the Valle del Lozoya, at the foot of the mountain. The landscape that surrounds the hotel is varied. To the North (to our right) is Somosierra, the limit of the community of Madrid, with the nearby village of la Acebeda, It is home to some of the oldest of all Spain. Hayedo de Montejo is also nearby, very famous for being the forest of beeches over Northern Europe.

Our eyes shows hundreds of hectares of pine, Oak and pastures where cattle grazed once quiet.

To the West (our left) the head of the Valle del Lozoya is located, where yegue majestic “Peñalara” and under its walls was born the river that gives its name to the Valley.

Canencia, Morcuera, Navafría, some of the mountain passes that belong to this Valley and coming up to their peaks with force are the lush forests of pines, Holly, etc. which hide those trails to get lost and forget about the noise and stress of the city.

In the Valley our two reservoirs whose waters originate from the thaws and its blue colour highlights are the green of the meadows that surround it. A few kilometres we have several ski resorts (Navacerrada, Valdesquí, La Pinilla and new cross-country Navafría ski station).
